When providing workholding fixtures and tooling solutions for our customers, we strive to use well-known brand standard components available in the market. These components are consistent in quality, reliable, cost-effective, and widely available. If no standard items meet our requirements, we manufacture custom parts ourselves.
HugeHawk selects standard components from well-known brands with intellectual property protection, including both domestic and imported parts. Examples include Schunk, Jergens, Misumi, SMC, Festo, as well as suppliers like Airtac, Xiyu, ESHY and ZKH. These suppliers offer well-designed, reliable, and reasonably priced products, making them our top choice for tooling design.
HugeHawk learns from innovation, continuously investing in technical development, and created a number of patented products such as hydraulic self-centering vices, high-ratio boosting cylinders, and adjustable turning tool tower, etc.
During the initial conceptual design phase, our consultation services are provided free of charge. Once the solution and quotation are finalized, we charge a design fee ranging from 15% to 30% of the total project cost.
The standard components in the fixture are under a 3-year warranty. The entire fixture is covered for 1 year, with free replacement of standard components. For subsequent maintenance and repairs, free technical consultation is provided as needed. The cost for these services is calculated at 1500 yuan per person per day.
